Responsibilities

• Hands-on design and develop ML models for genomic data analysis
• Deploy and Maintain ML Systems in pipelines
• Data Collection and Preprocessing of large genotypic plant datasets
• Test and validate models for Quality Assurance
• Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers
• Mentor Junior engineers and interns, participate in future hiring decisions
• Contribute to Product Roadmaps
• Participate in strategic discussions with the founders

Your profile

• Technical Excellence: You’ve shown in previous projects that you know PyTorch inside out
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Where others see challenges you see opportunities
• Previous Experience in ML or Data Eng
• High autonomy: You’re able to work independently and self-organized
• Located in Munich: You can come to the office a few days per week to work in sync
• Communication skills: You’re able to articulate ideas and objections clearly
